Public Hearing – Rensselaer County is considering the transfer of certain real property and improvements thereon located at 19 Third Street in Troy, New York to the Rensselaer County Capital Resource Corporation.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That in accordance Section 1411, subdivision (d), section 3 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York, a Public Hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Rensselaer County Legislature, located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York, on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. on the following matter:  Rensselaer County is considering the transfer of certain real property and improvements thereon located at 19 Third Street in Troy, New York to the Rensselaer County Capital Resource Corporation.  The purpose of the hearing is for the Rensselaer County Legislature to hear all persons with views on the matter.

Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.

The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.

We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
