William McLaughlin 1945-2014 FAMILY HISTORY: William McLaughlin was born on August 19, 1945 in Troy, New York. He was the son of the late Henry and Ruth (Phillips) McLaughlin, and brother to Joseph, Patrick, and Gary McLaughlin EDUCATION: William was raised and educated Troy, New York, Class of “63” HISTORY: In 1969, William enlisted with the United States Navy Reserve in Troy, New York, where he was assigned to the rank of Hospitalman (HN3) and went on to be educated

The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
