PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That in accordance with Section 6304, Subdivision 5-a of the Education Law of the State of New York and Section 359 of the County Law of the State of New York, a Public Hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Rensselaer County Legislature at the County Office Building, Troy, New York on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. to review the Tentative Budget of Hudson Valley Community College for the Fiscal Year beginning September 1, 2019, and ending August 31, 2020

Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.
The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
