NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Rensselaer County Legislature will hold a public hearing to discuss the RENSSELAER COUNTY HOMEOWNERSHIP XI PROGRAM in accordance with 24 CFR 570.486 and New York State’s Citizen Participation Plan, a Public Hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Rensselaer County Legislature at the County Office Building, Troy, New York on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to review the Rensselaer County Homeownership XI program activities and receive citizens’ comments on the program’s administration. All citizens are urged to attend and participate in the public hearing. Those requiring physical or lingual assistance to attend should contact (518) 270-2914.

Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.
The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
