RESOLUTION CHANGING DATE FOR THE NOVEMBER 2025 MEETING
OF THE RENSSELAER COUNTY LEGISLATURE
WHEREAS, The regularly scheduled meeting of the Rensselaer County Legislature falls on Tuesday, November 11, 2025; and
WHEREAS, This same date is Veterans Day; and
WHEREAS, According to Rule No. 1 (B) of the Rules of the Rensselaer County Legislature when a regular monthly meeting falls on a legal holiday the meeting shall be held the day after at its’ regular designated time; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the November 2025 meeting of the Rensselaer County Legislature will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Legislative Meeting will be held in the Legislative Chambers located at 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, NY 12061 .

Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.
The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
