Regular Meeting April 14, 2020

Due to the growing concern of COVID-19, the Rensselaer County Legislative will not be allowing the public into the monthly meeting on April 14th, 2020.
In order to comply with the suggested social distancing, the majority of the legislative members will be teleconferenced in.

Please note that the attached packet is a tentative meeting packet and subject to change prior to the April 14 meeting.
If anyone from the public would like to comment on the April agenda, please do so in writing prior to the meeting. Comments can be submitted to the Clerk of the Legislature via email at jcharette@rensco.com or mail: Rensselaer County Legislature, 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, NY 12180.
The deadline for public comments on the April agenda will be April 14, 2020 at 5 p.m.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
Meeting will be held in the Legislative Chambers located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, NY. For more information on the meeting, please contact the office at 518-270-2880.
Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.
The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
