PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That in accordance with Article 25-AA, section 303-b (3) of the State of New York Agriculture and Markets Law, a Public Hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Rensselaer County Legislature, located at the County Office Building, 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 5:45 p.m. to consider the request for inclusion of a property located within Certified Agricultural District #2. This proposed inclusion has been received by the Rensselaer County Legislature: the parcel of property is owned by Eric Premo and located at 139 Smith Hill Road, Troy, Tax Map Number No. 81.-3-3

Special sessions may also be convened at the request of the Chairperson.
The agenda for a regular session is available on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Members of the public have the opportunity to speak on issues contained in the agenda for one-half hour prior to the opening of the meeting.
We also have a Public Forum night; this is a great opportunity for the Public to make comments to the full Legislative Body. It is held on the Wednesday of the week preceding our regular monthly meeting in Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.
