Honoring Troy Fire Department Firefighter Richard Bellamy

The Rensselaer County Minority Legislature presented a resolution (P/120/22) to Firefighter Richard Bellamy commending him for his heroic and lifesaving actions on January 24, 2022 at their Regular Meeting on April 12, 2022.
