Honoring the Life Sergeant Michael Parrow

On behalf of the Rensselaer County Legislature, Minority Leader, Peter Grimm presents a resolution honoring the life of Sergeant Michael Parrow to his family at the monthly Regular Meeting on January 14, 2020. Many members of the Troy Police Department were also in attendance.
