She is currently on the Renaissance 150 Capital Campaign committee for the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. She also plays in Troy Samba!
In 2012/2013 Nina represented all Troy residents on the Troy City Council, where she advanced quality of life legislation, addressed local business concerns, and advocated for programs and policies that moved us toward a safer, cleaner, greener Troy. Nina is, currently, the Lead Community Strategist at Unity House, a human services agency.
Nina is committed to fighting for a better Rensselaer County and Troy—where people will be proud to live, work, learn, and have fun. Nina brings experience, energy, and enthusiasm to this position, along with a passion for equity and justice for all who call Troy home.
If you have questions, concerns, or a vision for what would make our city and county better, Nina would love to hear from you.
