 Congressman Paul Tonko honored with the “2020 Humane Horseman of the Year Award”

The Rensselaer County Legislature was pleased to present a resolution honoring Congressman Paul Tonko as the “2020 Humane Horseman of the Year” by the Humane Society of the United States, at their Regular Meeting on September 14, 2021.
