Mark serves on the Agriculture and Public Works Committees.

He is a lifelong Troy resident with deep roots in our community. He is an active worker in several civic organizations, always striving for the common good.

Mark is a retired Troy Fire Captain, and the proud father of two sons and five grandchildren.

“I am honored to be chosen to represent the people of Troy on the Rensselaer County Legislature,” says Fleming. “I will continue to serve with enthusiasm to promote and maintain a positive business environment in the county. A vibrant business community creates the tax base necessary to provide the services all of our residents deserve.
